Melinda Lee has been exploring and enjoying the mountains of Colorado her entire life. Born and raised in Colorado, she has been a realtor in Denver for over 10 years. She has marketed, listed and sold homes for many Denver elite clients, often being trusted to act on their behalf during the delicate, varied and numerous aspects of the transaction process. Melinda’s years spent hiking, biking, skiing and fishing in the Colorado wilderness enables her to wisely and thoughtfully advise clients where they may be happiest based upon their recreational pleasures. A Creighton University School of Business graduate and member of the Grand County and Denver Board of Realtors, Melinda utilizes her education, firsthand experience and established community relationships to ensure the buying and selling process runs in a smooth and timely manner.

“We’d go to the mountains for the weekend and find ourselves leaving for Denver later and later on Sunday afternoons,” Melinda admits with laughter. “Now that it’s my home and we’re raising our family here, I want to use my experience and industry knowledge to help clients find their ideal property so they can stay a little longer too.”
